With an outstanding Social Media following and recognised in British Vogue and work for Christian Dior, their current website didn’t reflect the brand’s luxury. The goal was to create an online experience as exceptional as their jewellery.

Founded by Elesha, Awaken Crystal Jewellery had rapidly built a loyal community on TikTok and Instagram, with demand soon outgrowing the capabilities of their original site. As the brand evolved into offering more refined luxury collections, it became essential for the online presence to reflect this elevated identity. To achieve this, Awaken partnered with Roobarb Creative to craft a sophisticated new digital experience — one that embodies both the elegance of the jewellery and the exceptional customer journey the brand is celebrated for.

Crafting a Refined Brand Journey

We set out to create a clean and luxurious aesthetic, infused with a sense of magic that reflects Awaken’s essence. The refreshed brand identity — anchored by the captivating “Awaken” eye logo and the timeless elegance of the Cormorant Garamond typeface — conveys tradition, craftsmanship, and sophistication. Every element, from the delicate colour palette to the considered typography, was carefully crafted to embody the artistry and elevated allure of fine jewellery.

Luxury Intuitive Shopping Experience

To elevate the online journey, we redesigned the website with a focus on both luxury presentation and seamless usability. Striking hero images now showcasing  Awaken’s latest collections, while a clear homepage menu and restructured navigation guide customers effortlessly through the site. A dedicated About Us page shares the brand’s story and evolution, building stronger emotional connection with visitors.

Beyond aesthetics, we introduced key features to enhance customer engagement and conversion. Discount codes were integrated through Shopify to encourage new customers, while newsletter sign-ups were prominently featured across the site. To ensure a smooth experience, we connected these sign-ups with Webflow, creating a seamless link between the website and email marketing. At checkout, suggested product recommendations further enrich the shopping journey, inspiring discovery and increasing basket value.
